These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Arslan Pazar website and to any purchase of our digital products. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.



1. Our products



Arslan Pazar sells digital planning and record-keeping tools for homeschool families, including planners, guides, workbooks, spreadsheets and printables. All products are digital. No physical item is shipped.



2. Orders and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once at checkout. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor.
  • We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

3. Delivery



Your files are available to download right after checkout, and a download link is sent to the email address you provide. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at [support email].



4. 60-day money-back guarantee



If a product isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 60 days of your purchase. Email [support email] with your order details. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once a refund is issued, your license to use that product ends and you agree to delete the files.



5. License to use



When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own family and household. You may print as many copies as you need for your own family.



You may not:



  • Share, resell, sublicense or give away the files, in whole or in part.
  • Upload the files to a shared drive, website, group or marketplace where others can access them.
  • Use the products in a classroom, co-op, school or business without written permission from Arslan Pazar.
  • Remove the Arslan Pazar name or claim the products as your own.

6. Intellectual property



All products and site content, including text, designs, layouts, graphics and the Arslan Pazar name and logo, belong to Arslan Pazar and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Buying a product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the content.



7. Educational use only



Our products are educational planning tools. They are not legal advice and do not replace the curriculum, testing or record-keeping requirements of your state. Homeschool laws vary by state, so confirm your requirements with your state's department of education. Any skills maps or checklists in our products are general guides and are not official standards.



8. Use of the site



You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to access it without authorization, interfering with how it works or using it for any unlawful purpose.



9. Disclaimer of warranties



The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise any specific educational result, and we make no warranties beyond those required by law.



10. Limitation of liability
